By accessing Agentics services you agree to these Terms. If you are using Agentics on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. These Terms also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Agentics application distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and the Agentics website.
Agentics provides AI infrastructure (models, voice, image, embeddings, agentic tooling, persistent memory, frontend protection, storefronts, package management) and the associated client applications. Features may evolve; deprecated features will have 90 days minimum notice.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must be at least 16 to create an account (13 with verifiable parental consent). One account per natural person; team accounts are separately licensed. The Service includes parental controls that allow a parent or guardian to restrict content, disable image generation, disable voice features, and enforce content filtering via a PIN-protected settings panel.
Prohibited: generating CSAM, NCII, real-person impersonation without consent, illegal goods/services, weapons of mass harm, biosecurity uplift, illegal surveillance, copyright infringement at scale. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service without written authorisation from Agentics is also prohibited. Full policy at acceptable use docs.
You retain all rights in content you submit. You grant Agentics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store that content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models without explicit opt-in. Content generated by the AI models through the Service is provided as-is; you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using AI-generated content appropriately.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Credits are billed on purchase and never expire. Refunds are processed within seven days for unused subscription value when cancelled within 14 days of purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by their respective platform refund policies; direct web purchases are refundable at our discretion within seven days.
For storefront sales, Agentics retains 20% of gross receipts and pays 80% to the creator. Card, EFT, currency conversion and chargeback costs are absorbed by Agentics. Payouts occur weekly to your local bank, international bank, or stablecoin wallet, minimum payout R10. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from creator earnings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our acceptable use policy, or law. We will provide notice and a cure period where reasonably possible. You may close your account at any time; data deletion follows the schedule in the Privacy Policy. Wallet balances that have not been withdrawn are forfeited on account deletion, so withdraw before initiating account deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg, with optional mediation via Africa ADR. Questions: [email protected].
