Agentics is broken into five essential surfaces - the Mobile App, the Agentics CLI, the Agentics Companion on your desktop wallpaper, the AgenticsOrb on your wrist, and the Browser Extension docked in your tabs. The same agent runs across all five in parallel, like nodes in a distributed workforce, so you can hand off work between devices mid-thought and keep autonomous control over every part of your life from whichever surface is closest to you.

Agentics does not ship a single app. It ships a distributed agent that materialises on five separate, equally first-class surfaces, and treats every one of them as a fully participating node in the same conversation, the same session, the same memory, and the same wallet.
Each surface is the same agent. Not a thin client, not a chat window, not a remote control - the same Orb listens, plans, decides, and acts wherever you happen to be. Start a sentence on the watch, finish it in the terminal. Speak a build into existence on the desktop wallpaper, deploy it from your phone, share the URL from the browser extension.
What ties them all together
- One Orb. The same particle brand mark, alive in real time on every surface, with the same five-state colour vocabulary - idle white, listening cyan, speaking purple, processing indigo, error red.
- One session. A single authenticated identity, one wallet, one model catalogue, one NRN memory store. There is no separate phone account, separate desktop account, separate watch account.
- One agent personality. The four personas - Justine, Emma, Lucas, Felix - persist across surfaces and can be switched by voice at any time.
- One protocol. Every surface streams over the same realtime WebSocket. The wire format is identical whether the audio is coming from a wrist or a terminal.
- One choreography layer. Chromatic optical pairing and QR pairing bind devices into a unit, so a sentence spoken on one surface can dispatch a sandboxed task to another in real time.

The Mobile App is the surface closest to you for the longest part of your day. It runs natively on iOS, natively on Android, and as a web app at app.agentics.co.za. It is where most users meet the agent for the first time, and it is where the headline ten-minute company demo is executed end to end.

Agentics CLI #cli
The Agentics CLI is the terminal surface. It renders the same Orb that lives on the phone and the wallpaper, but drawn in ANSI - a particle ring composed of Unicode characters that respond to the terminal width and the live audio level coming off your microphone. The terminal becomes a voice-reactive PowerBoard host without leaving the shell.

Agentics Companion #companion
The Companion is the desktop wallpaper surface. It is not a program you open, use, and close like a normal application - it runs as your desktop. The Companion replaces your wallpaper and floats above the background at a configurable opacity, sitting underneath every open window but on top of the bare desktop.
The PowerBoard on the wallpaper
The Companion renders the PowerBoard - a grid of agent-driven tiles laid out across the wallpaper. Each tile is a live agent surface: wallet balance, recent sales, active builds, affiliate chain status, calendar, tasks, deployments, recent conversations. The wallpaper, previously the most useless real estate on the machine, becomes the single most useful surface on the desktop.
Chromatic optical pairing
The Companion pairs to the Mobile App with either a QR code or chromatic flicker. Chromatic flicker is an optical, internet-free pairing protocol - the desktop flickers a colour sequence on the wallpaper, the phone camera reads the sequence, and the two devices handshake without ever needing a shared network. Nobody else ships device pairing without internet.
Sandboxed task dispatch from your phone
Once paired, the phone can dispatch sandboxed tasks to the desktop. You can say from your phone, while away from the desk, "rename every file in Downloads to lowercase" - the request travels over a persistent WebSocket to the Companion, executes locally on disk inside the sandbox, and the result streams back to the phone Orb in real time.

AgenticsOrb Watch #watch
The AgenticsOrb is the wrist surface. Native apps on watchOS for Apple Watch and Wear OS for Android wearables, with eleven hundred individual particles rendered in real time on the small display, audio-level reactive, pulsing with the conversation. Lift the wrist, talk to the Orb, get an answer back.
The watch is the most ambient surface in the ecosystem - it is on the body, almost always visible, and its colour state can be read at a glance without lifting the wrist.
Eleven hundred particles on the wrist
The watch Orb is not a simplified icon. It is the same physical particle system that runs on the phone and the wallpaper, scaled to the constraints of a wrist display. Eleven hundred particles, animated at full frame rate, reacting to actual audio level - no baked animations. The colour state vocabulary is identical to every other Orb in the ecosystem.
Mirrored audio levels with the phone
Watch and phone audio levels stream so both Orbs visibly match in real time. When the user speaks into the phone, the wrist Orb pulses with the same waveform. When the agent speaks back, both Orbs animate together. This is part of what makes the surfaces feel like one nervous system rather than five separate devices.
Glanceable autonomy
The watch is purpose-built for ambient autonomous notifications. The instant a customer pays your storefront, the wrist pulses cyan and announces the sale. The moment a build completes, the wrist glances green. When the agent needs your input on a long-running task, the wrist asks.
Browser Extension #extension
The Browser Extension is the in-tab surface. Built on Chrome Manifest v3, available for Chrome and every Chromium browser, the extension turns any tab into an agent surface. It reads the active page DOM, listens for voice prompts, plans browser actions, executes click and type and scroll and form-fill, and speaks Model Context Protocol to local MCP servers running on the user's machine.

The extension is not a chat panel that suggests next clicks. It is an agent that performs the clicks. You can say from your phone, while walking, "find the cheapest flight to Cape Town next Friday" - the request reaches the desktop, the extension opens the relevant tabs, fills the search forms, parses the results, and reports back.
MCP bridge to local tools
The extension speaks Model Context Protocol directly to MCP servers on the local machine. That means an agent inside the browser can reach out to filesystem tools, database tools, custom in-house tools, and any other MCP server the user has installed, without leaving the page.

Reactive, not baked
Every transition between states is real-time and reactive to the actual audio level - not a baked animation looping in the corner. When you speak louder, the particles spread further. When the agent thinks longer, the indigo phase holds.
Why one brand mark on every surface matters
The Orb is the visual proof that the surfaces are the same agent. You glance at the wrist, see the same cyan you saw on the wallpaper, and you know the agent is the same agent in the same state. No other AI product on the market has its brand mark alive on phone, watch, wallpaper, terminal, web, browser extension, Studio and Console simultaneously.
Cross-Device Choreography #choreography
The five surfaces are bound together by an explicit choreography layer - the protocols that turn five separate devices into one coordinated workforce. The choreography is what makes a sentence spoken on the watch executable in a desktop browser tab without the user pressing a single button on the laptop.

The classic example - "from your phone, while walking, ask the agent to rename every file in your Downloads folder to lowercase" - executes on the Companion's local file system inside a sandbox, with the result streaming back to the phone Orb in real time.
The Agentics Event Protocol
The Companion hosts AEP - the Agentics Event Protocol - so external agents and integrations can broadcast events into a paired desktop in real time. When something happens elsewhere in your stack, it can show up as a tile update on the wallpaper, a glance on the wrist, a notification on the phone, and a log line in the terminal, all at once.
The Workforce Model #workforce
The architectural metaphor for Agentics is a workforce, not a fleet of devices. A fleet is a set of copies of the same product handed out to one person. A workforce is a set of equally first-class nodes, each with its own role, working on the same goal in parallel.
Each Agentics surface is a node. Each node is awake at the same time. Each node holds the same authoritative reference to the user's identity, session, NRN memory, wallet, deployments and tools.
Parallel, not sequential
When the user gives the agent a job, the work runs wherever it executes best - and the other nodes do not block. The browser extension drives the page in front of you. The Companion runs the local file operation on disk. The CLI streams the build log. The watch raises a glance state when the job completes. The phone fires the push and queues the next step.
The same memory under every surface
The Neural Resonance Network sits underneath every node. Memories that mattered yesterday are accessible tonight, regardless of which surface raised them. The five surfaces, sharing the same NRN, are five entry points into one continuous conversation that never resets.
