01Payment methods
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), EFT (instant via Stitch, manual via reference), mobile money (1Voucher), and stablecoin on six chains (USDC, USDT on Ethereum, Solana, Base, Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon). Web payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment service provider operating across Africa. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
02Subscription billing
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day each month (or annually). Failed renewals retry over five days with email notice. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period and unused credits stay accessible for 30 days. Tiers: Free, Standard (R99/mo), Growth (R349/mo), Business (R599/mo), Premium (R849/mo), Enterprise (R1,995/mo). Annual billing nets approximately one month free.
03Credits & top ups
Token packs (R29 to R1,999) never expire. They stack on top of subscription credits and are consumed last. Top up anytime from the Console wallet.
04Creator payouts
Eighty percent of every storefront sale lands in your Agentics wallet. Weekly automatic payouts are available on Growth tier and above; manual payouts are available on every tier. Minimum payout R10. Payout destinations: local ZAR bank, international wire (USD, EUR, GBP), or stablecoin to your wallet. To withdraw, add a valid South African banking profile on the Account tab of your Wallet, which creates a Paystack subaccount on your behalf. Any wallet balance accumulated before bank details were added settles automatically in a single transfer.
05Fees absorbed
Agentics absorbs card processing fees, EFT collection costs, chargeback fees, currency conversion fees on payout, and standard banking fees on local payouts. The only deduction from your gross is the 20% platform fee. Example: a customer pays R100, you receive R80.00 credited to your wallet, Agentics retains R20.00.
06Chargebacks & refunds
Refunds within 14 days are honoured at our discretion for unused service. Chargebacks are reviewed within five business days; legitimate disputes are refunded immediately and the disputed amount is reclaimed from the creator's wallet. Insufficient wallet balances result in a temporary negative balance until resolved.
07Receipts & invoices
Every transaction generates a VAT-compliant invoice with your billing details. Invoices are downloadable from the Console and emailed at the end of every billing cycle.
08VAT & tax
Subscriptions and credit purchases are billed inclusive of 15% South African VAT for ZA customers. Other jurisdictions: VAT/GST applied per local rules. Creator earnings are pre-tax, you are responsible for declaring income to your tax authority.
09Mobile billing
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's App Store terms. Subscriptions purchased through the Android app are managed by Google Play. Cancel these in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings respectively. Prices on mobile may differ from web prices due to platform fees imposed by Apple and Google.
