01What gets deleted
Everything attached to your account: profile, conversations, stored memories in NRN, API keys, content uploaded for processing, billing history beyond legal retention, social profiles, and any storefronts you own. Wallet balances above R10 are paid out to your registered bank account before deletion.
02What gets retained
Financial records required by SARS and the Companies Act (invoices, tax records) are retained for the statutory period. They are decoupled from your personal data within 30 days of deletion.
03Self service deletion
Enter the credentials of the account you wish to delete below. Your account enters a 14-day grace period during which you can restore it. After 14 days, deletion is irreversible.
04Need help?
If you can't access your account or the deletion flow fails, email [email protected] from the account's registered email. We will verify ownership and process the deletion within 30 days.
